- Pre-Authorizations will be done to determine if procedure is covered under your benefits, and if funds are available.
- Co-Payments may be required depending on your Referral, Medical Aid Plan, and funds available.
- If no GP referral used then the “First Consult” will be charged CASH-only.
- You will be held liable for any OUTSTANDING amounts not paid by your medical scheme.
- With certain medical aids, you will be asked to pay in full and make the claim yourself. We will assist in obtaining authorization prior to procedure.
